Welcome to the Princess of Dragons blog,
On this blog you will find the collection of things that I hold most dear to my heart: Dragons, Writing and Gaming.
Here is where I tell you all that you could want to know about the fascinating creatures that are dragons, both myths and facts, and all manner of related things.
Here I explore and take you with me on my journey to becoming a published writer, showcasing bits and pieces of my writing, so that I can get that all important practice, and you get to see what I am all about as an author.
Here I shed the sense of reality, and dive into worlds where I can become an elf, a mage, a vampire, the worlds greatest thief and more. You’d be surprised at how living another world helps you craft one when writing a story.
There will also be updates on the happenings of my life, since living is about the only way to get anything done.
Whichever part of this drew your attention to my blog, thank you for visiting, and I hope you enjoy.
Jessica (Princess of Dragons)

I am also present on other social media websites (although the main action happens here) but if you fancy following me through other means, then pick your platform.
I almost never leave a response, but i did some searching and wound up here About Princess of Dragons. And I do have a couple of questions for you if you don’t mind. Is it just me or does it look as if like a few of the responses appear like written by brain dead visitors? π And, if you are writing at other social sites, I would like to keep up with anything fresh you have to post. Would you list of every one of all your social sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

A little late I realise, but it’s taken me a while to build up the awareness that I need a social platform if I want to be a serious writer π There is now a list of all the social platforms that I am on currently up on the About page π

Given your love of fantasy, dragons, and gaming, I can’t believe searching your blog for “Guild Wars” didn’t yield any search results! Have you tried it and didn’t like it as much as WoW? If you haven’t tried, I’d heartily recommend it. One purchase ($50 or so), no subscription or required purchases after that, way less grinding… and dragons galore π

I played Guild Wars one back in secondary school, with my brother and friend and her sister, but I never got two and I don’t know any people who play it. I consider playing with friends to be more fun and all my friends are on WoW π Which has dragon in it, and has the bonus that some of those dragons are even friendly π

Thanks for the follow! π I’m really enjoying reading your blog as well. And I love your profile picture as well-its really Epical, that’s my made up word for something that is BEYOND amazing! π I draw dragons and sometimes post them on my blog, but I think the ones on your blog are very cool. Where do you get the dragons for your “Dragon of the week”?

Thanks ^_^ Most of the picture I get are from google searches. They might be on page 34 or something, but that’s just because I spend too much time looking for a great picture each week π

Hello
I like on the pics and would like to use it as a logo.
Can you please let me know if you are ok with this?
Thanks

Hi Doreen. The logo I use isn’t something that I drew (sadly I’m not that great an artist), it’s by this artist: http://p-korle.deviantart.com/art/Baby-Dragon-avatar-69290785
So you’d have to check with them. Most pictures I use come from google or deviantart or tumblr – I’m aim to credit them to the actual artist, usually by clicking on the picture itself.
